Arabako Eraberrikuntza Industrialdetik (CEIA-tik) ARABA BARNEKINTZAILEA 2011 PROGRAMA kudeatzen dugu, Arabako enpresetako negozio filosofietan barnekintzailetzaren kultura irakasteko, eta, horrela krisi garai hauetan haien dibertsifikazioa zabalduz eta haien lehiakortasuna areagotuz.

Ideia berriak eta izaera berritzaile eta/edo teknologiko industriala deskubritzea da helburua, beti ere dagoen enpresa baten baitan, horrela, enpresa horren barruan edo enpresa berrietan negozio ildo berriak ezarri ahal izateko.

Hori dela eta, Programa honi buruzko lehenengo Informazio Jardunaldiaren zabalkundea abian da dagoeneko. Arabako Teknologi Parkeak eta Arabako Enpresariak – SEA-k lagunduko dute, eta Teknologi Parkean bertan izango da ekainaren 29an, 10:00etan.

Bertan, programa honek barne hartzen dituen helburu eta jardueren berri emango d CEIA-k, baita proiektu berritzaile eta teknologiko berrientzako diru-laguntzei buruzko ideia orokorra ere. Horrez gain, enpresa aukeragarrientzako eta Programa honetan interesa dutenentzako tailer espezializatuen egitura, dinamika eta edukia ere aurreratuko da.

Informazio Jardunaldi gehiago egingo ditugu, baita horiei dagozkien Informazio Tailer gehiago ere, Arabako industria ehuna ezagutzen duten beste eragile batzuekin lankidetzan, barnekintzailetza introspekzio honetan praktikan jartzea baliogarria izan dadin balioa sortu eta ezagutza berriak merkatuan ezagutzera eman nahi dituzten erakundeentzat.

CEIA manages the new Program on Intrapreneurship in Álava 2011 to encourage internal corporate venture and increasing competitiveness and diversification in the frame of the current crisis. It is about identifying new innovative ideas and technological proyects within an existing company as the way to stablish new companies or lines of business.

We are already working on the organization of the 1st. Conference to present the main guidelines of the Program in collaboration with the Álava Technology Park (PTA) and the Association of Entreprenurs (SEA) on Wednesday, June 29th, at 10:00 in the main building of the Park.

Objectives and actions will be explained, as well as public financing for new innovative and technological proyects. Dates of ulterior training will be announced together with its structure and content of the free workshops for the eligible companies interested to enroll.

There will be new series of Informative Conferences and Workshops in collaboration with other Agents who know the entrepreneurial structure in Álava, hopping that the whole spreading and training on Intraprenuership be useful for the companies to create value and new know-how, and to bring it to the market.
