This event aims to raise awareness among attendees about the importance of creativity and innovation in R&D departments. In addition, it is intended to train attendees in concepts of creativity and the phases of the creative process in a practical way. The practical exercises will aim to offer tools so that entrepreneurs and researchers can develop both technical and personal skills.

Training in creativity and innovation in entrepreneurs and researchers:

- Need for creativity and innovation in entrepreneurs and researchers
- Individual creativity VS group creativity
- Surveillance: key to innovation.
- How to deploy creativity in an environment of entrepreneurship and R&D departments.
- Strengths and weaknesses of the entrepreneur towards innovation and in R&D departments.
- Creative process and creativity techniques
Creative exercise: Generation of ideas about challenges posed to attendees. (Creativity techniques)
Creative exercise: Evaluation and polishing of ideas. (Innovative polishing techniques)
Conclusions of the day:
