Non-refundable grant to support the expenses necessary to maximize the rapid growth of small businesses with high growth potential

Beneficiaries
Newly created companies (since January 1, 2021) with a center of activity in the Basque Country that need to finance key expenses to carry out the Business Plan: hiring of talented people, external technical advice, rentals, industrial property and promotion of the project .
Object
Support for new innovative and/or technology-based business projects, industrial and/or related services linked to the product-process, as well as new knowledge-intensive business projects, in the start-up phase of the company in the Basque Country.
Beneficiaries
Legal entities with at least one center of activity located in the BAC, holders of a Business Plan whose preparation was supervised or have obtained the approval of a “Business Innovation Center” (BIC) of an innovative, technology-based business project , industrial, related services linked to the product-process, or knowledge-intensive business, which is developed in the Autonomous Community of Euskadi. That they are newly created, understood as any company incorporated and registered, if required, in the Commercial Registry (or analogous registry), since January 1, 2021.
Eligible expenses
Personnel expenses for the hiring of newly hired personnel, not belonging to the promoting team External collaboration and expert technical advice specifically linked to the development of the project. Expenses for new rentals of properties formalized and accrued after the date of the complete application for aid. Expenses for applying for and maintaining patents and other industrial property rights, as well as registrations, certifications and approvals. Project promotion and dissemination expenses.
Amount
The grant covered by this call will be implemented in the form of grants, considering up to 70% of eligible expenses, with a maximum amount of aid accumulated for all concepts of 100,000 euros. In personnel expenses for hiring new personnel, the maximum will be 35,000 euros for equivalent full-time employment and a maximum of 70,000 euros in total.
